Ashley Lyons
Ashley Lyons spent years living in a state of constant urgency, navigating a world that wasn’t built for her neurodivergent mind. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child and later discovering her Autism in adulthood (AuDHD), Ashley has faced the staggering weight of addiction, homelessness, and the profound loss of two children.
Her story is a testament to the power of reclaiming one’s narrative. After being sidelined and eventually losing a long-term career in the non-profit sector due to her transparency about her struggles, Ashley realized that the greatest barriers often begin at home. Today, she is a business owner and community leader who believes that labels are not limits— they are the language of acceptance.
Ashley’s journey is defined by a transition from surviving the “infinite chaos” to mastering it. For eight years, she dedicated herself to non-profit work, only to find that when she opened up about her neurodivergent difficulties, the world pushed back. She was demoted and eventually pushed out, a move that forced her to look inward at the barriers affecting her, her husband, and her children.
Through this struggle, Ashley discovered a vital truth: pushing through at all costs only causes more issues. By founding her business, Infinite Chaos, she turned her lived experience into a mission of service. Along with her two-person team, she offers trauma aligned organization, helping clients navigate the deep emotional attachments that separate “stuff” from “hoarding.”
Ashley’s approach is rooted in empathy and the elimination of barriers. She advocates for the “cleaning home alignment” philosophy—the idea that our physical environment reflects our internal state. Now forming a support group to help others, she teaches that healing begins when we stop running and start embracing who we are.
